1. Is my information made public?
  • Your information data will never be rented, sold or displayed to anyone else.
  • The only information displayed is your public profile which you specify.
    2. How do I submit Alumni News?
  • You must first be logged on to the Alumni Portal. When you click on the Alumni News Section a form will appear, and you can submit there.
  • News is not posted immediately. A school administrator will review your submission and will activate it if it is approved.
    3. We are planning our class reunion, how do we get the information posted on the Reunion Information Page?
  • Use the Contact Us link to send the school the information.
    4. How Do I Register?
  • Click the Register link.
  • Enter your Temporary ID and Password (first line of mailing address).
  • Select the year you graduated from Bishop Amat.
  • Enter an e-mail address you wish to use with the Bishop Amat - Alumni Portal. A verification e-mail will be sent to this e-mail address, please be sure you have access to check your mail.
  • Enter new desired password.
  • A confirmation of your registration will then be sent to the email account you have provided during registration. This is to ensure that the information you have provided during registration process is valid and accurate.
  • In the confirmation e-mail you receive, click the activation link to activate your account with Bishop Amat Memorial High School - Alumni Portal. Then you may start utilizing your account.
  • Click on the Profile Link.
  • Public Information is information that you would like to have posted that other alumni will be able to read if they search for you. Example: I am currently serving in the Armed Forces and am stationed in Iraq.
    5. What are those boxes for next to items like the schools you attended?
  • These boxes are for you to delete your entries. By default, this information is not made public. Any information you wish to be made public should be put in the public section of your profile.
    6. What is my temporary use ID / password?
  • Refer to the first line (Set of Numbers and Letters) of the post card in the mailing address for Your Temporary ID / Password
  • Sample:

    7. How do you post pictures on the picture page?
  • By default, all photos uploaded in your profile page will appear in the pictures link. Click on PROFILE on the main menu, then click photos under the menu "Update my Photos". Follow the directions on that page, and your photo will appear.
    8. I went through the registration process but I never received a confirmation letter.
  • Check your bulk mail box, it might have been transfered there due to spam filters.
  • Check the e-mail account you registered with, the confirmation letter is sent to that account.
  • You might have given a bad e-mail address. Try registering again with the temporary id/password, and make sure you type in the correct e-mail address.
